We accept cash on collection, Paypal or bank transfer and artwork will be sent once funds have cleared.
Delivery costs are calculated on an itemised basis. All works sent are shipped fully insured at buyer's cost, but we can also arrange collection or delivery within the M25 for an additional fee. Please contact us directly by email for a quote for international shipping. Framed work will be crated at cost borne by the buyer.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the goods. All damages must be reported by e-mail within 24 hours of the goods being received. Any returned goods which are not defective or faulty must be returned at your own cost. All returned items must be sent by insured post.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund you within 24 hours from when the goods are received back to us from you. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Appreciate Art Limited.
